Government Non-Affiliation

Tariff Adjustment Bureau is a private professional services firm. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of US Customs and Border Protection, the US Court of International Trade, the US Department of the Treasury, or any US government agency.

Advertising Material Designation

This website and all materials distributed by Tariff Adjustment Bureau, including but not limited to refund forecasts, email communications, and downloadable documents, constitute attorney advertising material. The content of this website is intended for informational purposes and should not be construed as legal advice.

No Guarantee of Outcome

All estimates, forecasts, refund projections, and recovery ranges provided by Tariff Adjustment Bureau are approximations based on available data from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and publicly available court records. These figures do not constitute a guarantee of any specific refund amount or outcome. Actual results may vary based on individual entry characteristics, regulatory decisions, judicial proceedings, and other factors beyond our control.

Contingency Fee Disclosure

Tariff Adjustment Bureau operates on a contingency fee basis. The Broker Track carries a 15% contingency fee and the Legal Track carries a 22% contingency fee, each calculated as a percentage of the gross refund recovered. No fees are payable unless a refund is successfully recovered. Fees are inclusive; no additional filing fees, document fees, or review fees are charged.

Cancellation Policy

All engagement agreements include a 14-day cancellation right from the date of execution. Cancellation may be exercised by written notice to [email protected] within the cancellation period. No fees or penalties apply to cancellations exercised within this period.

Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is formed by visiting this website, submitting information through the intake form, or receiving a refund forecast. A formal attorney-client relationship requires the execution of a written engagement agreement.

Data Sources

Refund forecasts and entry analyses are derived from data obtained through US Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system, publicly available court filings at the US Court of International Trade (CIT), and information provided by the client. Tariff Adjustment Bureau does not independently verify the accuracy of data obtained from government sources.

Jurisdictional Limitations

The services described on this website are available to importers who have paid duties under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariff provisions. Eligibility for specific filing tracks (Broker Track or Legal Track) depends on the liquidation status of individual entries and other case-specific factors.
